Proxy settings

Hi,
I'm working with the actual Version 4.32.(WINXP SP3)
We got a new proxy with the following Settings

USER %u%h
pass %p
ACCT %W

I can't find these settings in the proxy configuration.

Does WinSCP support these settings?
