Extending the clickable area to open a bookmark folder

In the stored sessions window the double-click to open the folder requires a double-click directly on the name of that folder. One would expect that it also worked with a double-click on any other area of the highlighted line but it doesn't.

Would it be possible to also open the folder when you click anywhere on that line?

Well, this is OS-specific. On Windows 7, it has been resolved already.
