can I use WinSCP with Http ?

newbie asking question about WinSCP

will I be able to use WinSCP to get a file using http?

Presently I use WGET to download a file from http and upload the same file to another server using sftp using 2 batch files;

Would I be able to put both operations into a batch or script file? tia

WinSCP does not support HTTP protocol for file transfers.
