Version for windows 7/office 2010 ?

I see that some testing is potentially being done for a new version after 4.27 - i notice that there are some changes being made to accomodate Win7. Any idea when this will be released? Also is 4.19 compatible with Windows 7 and office 2010 or will this new version be compatible ?
