WinSCP for linux and mobiles

Hello. WinSCP is really usefull, simple, light, understandable, easy to use, needs no registration, no installing, no parameters etc. You who have created it or have such talents: might it be possible to create similar for two purposes: to use in linux systems, to use in mobile. WinSCPlinux, WinSCPmobile..
