where can I download winscp.com?

Hi, I am using winscp.exe portable, and today I need winscp.com to upload files from command line. However, I could not find winscp.com download url from your web site. So my question is:
1. is winscp.com portable like winscp.exe?
2. is there a download url or I have to use installation package?

May I recommend that later you make a separate package for winscp.com available? since it's portable and for people that already use portable winscp.exe it's not very convenient to use installation package to install the whole thing just for winscp.com.
