Doesn't support VAX hosted FTP server

I cannot not use WINSCP to login a VAX hosted FTP server.
With below error log:

"Could not retrieve directory listing
Failed to set default directory to /USER31:[LIFSONG]/USER31:[LIFSONG]/.
file specification syntax error"



Could you please help check if it's a bug, or not supported yet?
I not supported, could you share some experience for how to investigate and add this feature?
