temp folder for uploads

It would be really nice if we could specify an upload temp folder or even a single file that uploads goto, then get copied/moved to their destinations. When uploading files to a production server, even a 20 second uploads means a 20 second interrupt in service.. Copying to a temp for the full upload then quickly coping over to the destination file would be really slick.
