sync between Win and Linux

Hi, I setup a script to use winscp.exe to sync my win files to a backup them up to my Linux box. I test the script on few files and directories and it works. but then I added all of my Directories it hangs at a certain Dirctories and return a error "Host is not Communication for more than 15 second, Abort, Terminated by user, Error listing Directory, No session". I upgraded from 4.0 to 4.2 still the same issue. used Passive option in the open command but still same issue.

here is my script

Please post a full log file showing the problem (with the latest version)
