Adding tmp_ prefix for files that are Down/Uploading

I'm trying to add a tmp_ prefix to files that are being Down/Uploaded.
After the Down/Upload is finished it should remove the tmp_ prefix indicating that the file is finished Down/Uploading.

WinSCP can append .filepart extension instead. See documentation.
