Open-Hearth working

Open-Hearth-Worker's need a feature:

I.e. uploading template files - site look's broken b/c file is'nt already uploaded.

My Idea: [X] use "Open hearth" file uploading

How simple: Uploading file with temp-filename, after upload: serverside ssh (copy and remove) or (del and rename).

Its a simple idea prevent broken sites during Fileupload, because its fast. :)
