mapping feature highly needed

Idea goes as following:

right click on a remote file => copy mapped url

setting mapped urls like

for example this is my html root on sftp sever:

..../public_html/

I add a file: pic.jpg in a subfolder pics/

...../public_html/pics/pic.jpg

hit map url:

copies me to clipboard:

www.myurl.de/pics/pic.jpg

that would be so awesome
smartftp does that but winscp ist the only and best client for SFTP

EDIT: There's extension for Generating HTTP URL.

This is not a solution nor does this handle something in WinSCP

of source wscp can't know but I can set something like that in the menu.
I don't want to handle with php or whatsoever
