Cant connect to host

I keep timing out when trying to connect to my host. Please help

Can you connect with any other client using the same protocol and connection details? If you can, please post session log files both from WinSCP and the other client.

If you cannot connect with any client, please contact your server or network administrator or check your firewall settings.
