Downloading and seeding

Hi I've just installed WinSCP. it’s a while since I used it but I can’t for the life of me get it to download and seed. I've spent the last week trying to find help for this but there just isn’t anything out there and to navigate this forum is a nightmare but I've got here now and I apologise if I've not followed the correct procedure but I just need some help please would be gravely appreciated
