WinSCP with Azure B2B/SSO

We have an internal SFTP server that some users access remotely to upload and download data from a specific application set. We're trying to use Azure B2B to invite these as guest users rather than maintaining an internal AD account for access to this server. This works great when accessing the server manually through a browser.

One such user utilizes WinSCP to access the SFTP server, but has said that their B2B account won't connect with WinSCP. Has anyone encountered this, and is there a solution to this issue?

Sorry, I do not understand how does "access ... manually through a browser" relates to WinSCP SFTP access. Does the SFTP access work anywhere? On other machines? For other accounts? Using other clients?
