WinSCP Win Compatability

Is WinSCP vers: 6.3.5 compatible with Windows 10 Home vers: 22H2?
Returns 'No Access', in both FTP and SFTP modes, passwords, IP #'s etc. seems all correct. Is there a test server somewhere that is available for testing?
