Breaks down when using RDP

PC1 - Win10 1920x1080
PC2 - Win11 2560x1440

WinSCP running on PC2
PC1 connects via RDP to PC2 and WinSCP window not appears

Why is WinSCP window not showing after I start the program? Only a taskbar button appears.
