CSID not understood

I'm using the same credentials to login to a particular website with other FTP clients that can login fine, however when using WinSCP, I get "CSID not understood" and cannot login.

I am using the latest WinSCP Build 6.1.2 (Build 13797 2023-09-19).

Using FTP

Please post complete WinSCP session log file, as well as a verbose log from the
"other FTP clients".
