Prompt to confirm to overwrite file

Since the upgrade to 6.1.1, when uploading or downloading a file, the file is overwritten without any prompt for confirmation to proceed. I know this has worked in previous versions. If there is a setting in preferences for this, I can't find it.
I'm using the Commander interface on Windows 11

There was no such change in 6.1.1.
You might have disabled overwrite confirmations inadvertently.
