New Site has Real Connection Data/How to clear out

After upgrading to the latest version 5.21.8 on my login screen my New Site application has data stored from one of my real sites. I cannot seem to remove the data and save new site with no saved real information.

That's likely coincidence. The upgrade should have nothing to do with it.
You have probably saved your details as defaults:
Clear it and save empty defaults:
