Synchronize script

I have built a linux server and want to share a directory with several windows users. This will be done to make a remote map on the linux server and every windows user get a local map which he can synchronize with a script.

I need two scripts:

1 A script to make the local map up to date
2 A script to make the remote map up to date

I hope someone wants to help me a little. I am not (yet) an expert with computers....

Run "winscp3.exe /console" and type "help synchronize".
