Spring4Shell vulnerability Impact on WinSCP

We would like to know whether or not WinSCP application is affected by the Spring4Shell vulnerability. If yes, then what would be the possible impact?

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

WinSCP is not coded in Java, let alone in Spring Framework. So I'm sure it's not affected.
