Cannot Retrieve Remote Directory

I just installed WinSCP 5.19.5. portable; Windows 7 a few minutes ago. This is my first attempt to use your software. It appears to be a Commander Interface but much of what is shown on your website is greyed out on my screen. I tried logging on to my remote host but I keep getting an error message "Could not retrieve directory". I'm attaching the screenshot. Before that I get a message that it is connected and starting the session – I attached that screenshot as well. The remote site is not corrupted as I can access the directory and files using CoreFTP.

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem from both WinSCP and CoreFTP.

To generate the session log file in WinSCP, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.
