Quotes in file path

Hello; my whole team uses WinSCP and we have a new person who just downloaded WinSCP. When I select Copy to Clipboard (Include File Paths) and paste, there are no quotes around the file path. When she does it, there are and she has to manually remove them to get our main software to pull in the records to check them. Is there a setting that will get rid of the quotes so she doesn't have to manually remove them all the time? Thank you.

The path is wrapped to quotes, when it contains spaces. So it should not be wrapped in the example you have posted. Is it a real example?
