View won't save

Got a new laptop, reinstalled WinSCP, used the WinSCP.INI to transfer settings. My problem:

Every time I open WinSCP the Local panel (USB drive) shows Name then Size (instead of Name then Changed as last set and saved it) and the Name column width is reduced. Also, the queue column widths for Source and Destination have been reset so they are much narrower than when I WinSCP closed.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts as to what happened and how to make the bad man stop.
