Network error: Software caused connection abort

WinSCP 5.18.3 under Windows Pro 10 20H2 gives permanently the message

Network error: Software caused connection abort

and refuse to work.

Under older version of Windows 10 Pro everything is OK

Can you post a WinSCP session log file from both machines?
Can you connect with any other SFTP client from the machine, where WinSCP fails? If you can, post its log file too.

I can send also coorresponding log files for WinSCP 5.17.10. The situation is the same.
And the same problem exists with NoMachine - last versions.
