Can those upload and download buttons be customised? A bolder arrow would be nicer, they are the most used feature and also I don't think it's possible to position the upload button on the far right, which I'd like to do??

I hope the Upload/Download buttons are made prominent by the captions they have (what most other buttons don't), don't they? Or maybe you have turned the captions off.
Yes i have the option on, on no personally I don't think they stand out enough and would like to be able to move the the upload button far right but I can't unless I disable evrythin else in that toolbar
