You keep posting the same questions all over this forum, Stack Overflow, Super User, and who knows where else. And whenever we ask you for more information, instead of providing them, you re-post your question elsewhere.

Regarding this problem, I've already asked you on this forum:
Please attach a complete log file from the latest version of WinSCP. Did you try any other FTP client?
Also on Stack Overflow (you have deleted the question meanwhile):
Can you retrieve the directory listing from the FTP server anyhow? In WinSCP GUI? In any other FTP client? If you can, show us a log file for that successful listing.
