Can you post logs both from the failed automatic login and successful manual login?
Hi, I don't know how to get a log from a manual login, but this is what a failed automatic login log looks like:
. 2020-07-28 04:02:09.394 Transfer Protocol: FTP
. 2020-07-28 04:02:09.395 Ping type: Dummy, Ping interval: 30 sec; Timeout: 15 sec

. 2020-07-28 04:02:09.404 Recycle bin: Delete to: No, Overwritten to: No, Bin path:

. 2020-07-28 04:02:09.405 --------------------------------------------------------------------------
. 2020-07-28 04:02:09.590 Connecting to ***********.sharefileftp.com:990 ...
. 2020-07-28 04:02:24.607 Timeout detected. (control connection)
. 2020-07-28 04:02:24.609 Connection failed.
It works sometimes, so the impression that I get is that the intermittent problem is at Sharefile's end and I'm not sure there's much I can do; I was wondering whether other people have had recent problems with Sharefile as well. Thanks for any help.
