wget for winscp

tried to download https://download.microsoft.com/download/0/5/f/05fbbfff-8316-4d12-a59d-80b3c56e4d81/ExchangeServer2016-x64-cu17.iso with wget.
c&p added the server but the download did not work.
it should work as wget works.
please add at least to the console com

I'm not sure I understand what you ask for.
Are you asking for support for HTTP downloads?
