System error. Code: 1400 Invalid window handle

I was going to rename a file but noting happening when i tried to rename the file. I then did a properties and this window popup "System error. Code: 1400 Invalid window handle".

After a restart of WinSCP it seems to work again. I don't believe this is easy to reproduce, but i report it anyway.
