That folder I want synchronize have thousands of sub-folders and thousands of files in many of this folders. Maybe I have forget to uncheck option for preview window? In case of too many files, maybe a summary instead a list of each file will be useful.

I run another comparing and its calculate comparing since 6 hours. ;)

OK, so millions of files in total?

Hi Martin,

I'm also running into same Out of memory issue and the files that i'm trying to move are 7.1 Million records (approx 6 tera byte). Is there any fix for this issue?

Please help us improving WinSCP by reporting the error on WinSCP support forum.

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.
