Usual context menu + function key actions if an item in the tree is highlighted

At the moment, if I want to rename, delete, or move a directory in the tree, I have to move off that directory to its parent, THEN select the directory from the list pane, THEN act on it there.

Is it possible to add the more routine functions directly to the tree, so this rigmarole isn't needed :)

- F2: rename
- DEL: delete
- ? others
