Notification for synchronized local and remote files

I have 2 simple feature request for "Keeping remote directory up to date..."

1. Can this window closed without stopping the synchronization? So I can explore the remote files (Attachment 1)
2. It would be nice if the tray icon also giving notification when local files was changed and the files successfully uploaded..

That's way to complicated for implementation. But you can open two instances of WinSCP.
