extracting SshHostKeyFingerprint from WinSCp.ini

I'm switching from using a script to an app for an upload process and I have the SSH fingerprint saved in a winscp.ini file way back but now that same value is not being accepted.

am I missing something? it should work.

I'd rather not contact the host as they're 13 hours different than me and their tech support is not the best.
