enabling UNC-paths and explorer-integration!

please...

all of my projects are bounded via unc-paths in my windows-explorer
but for copying with winscp i have to drag the files (thanks to drag'n'drop-capability) from windows-explorer to the remote panel in winscp :(


an also useful feature but not as urgent as the feature above:

explorer-integration like ws-ftp does ;)
