Bandwidth control

Please add a user-defined value for bandwidth control and make this setting remembered as a default for each new session. The current top values of 1024 kBps and Unlimited do not provide sufficient granularity.

There's no top value. You can use any limit you want.

You can set the bandwidth (in my example) to 64K
And that works for one file uploading.
However if you upload more at the same time they all get 64K
This defeats the purpose of having a bandwidth control in the first place
