Add reUpload to queue manager

In CuteFtp we could reset a file status and reupload it.
it is usefull when developing and upload to server to test it.
please see cuteftp queue manager features in attached image and add it to winscp

Yes , a function to repeat a past transfer.
and also take a look at screenshot , there is some good features in cuteftp queue management.i found queue management in WINSCP is a bit feature less.

It will help developers that need to frequently upload changed files to server.
for example i need to upload these files many times when i am developing :
c:\app\file1.php => /public_html/file1.php
c:\app\admin\include\functions.php => /public_html/admin/include/functions.php
c:\app\js\myfile.js=> /public_html/js/myfile.js

Currently i have to change folders on local and remote panel many times to upload same files.
