warn on save if someone edited

I would like to have warn on the save if someone edited the file between my open(or last save)/save process while im editing file.
Just remember the 'changed' time on open(last save) and then check for a change if im saving.

I consider this. But as you are the first one asking and this is not that easy as you may think, I do not give it high priority.
