zip or another compresion example

What for a example is this ???
zip -r "!?&Enter an Archive Name:?archive.zip!" !&

to compress a folder or file (like D:\stuff or D:\stuff\123.txt) and upload it to a ftp server do this:
"ANSWER PLEASE"
