How to send current days files only without creating sub-directories on receivers server

Need to know how to send most recent files in directories and sub-directories to a receivers server without creating the additional sub-directories.

For example, I have files in 2014\reports and then 2014\reports\1, 2014\reports\2, etc. I want to send these to the receivers /import/reports folder. I don't want the 2014\reports\1, 2014\reports\2 folders create on their end, just the files transferred.

There's no simple solution for this.

You can write a PowerShell script that iterates the local files and uploads them.
