PASV command is disabled. Use PORT command.

when running my batch I get the following message:

PASV command is disabled. Use PORT command.

as I understand, this FTP server only accepts active mode.
But how can I switch to active mode (and send the server my port)?

Use -passive=off switch of open command:

Do you mean the FTP server port to connect to? No, it's 21 still, no matter if passive or active mode it used.
