Complex - Looking for little help

Looking for little help

I have files I need to ftp out and sftp out on a daily bases from about 6 different servers. All the files increment by date or number.

I am looking for way to automate this. But, I need to be sure there is no duplicates and the do extract and if the process fails because the file is missing or dosent get ftp'ed them an email gets sent.

Tall order I know :shock:

Can anyone advise on an example how to do this?
