Please i need help to upload or download file not folder

My greetings
i wanna Upload or Download File but always Transferring error and the same code with folder it working successfully

i wanna for example the upload file as : "C:\Winscp\Khaled\welcome.jpg" >> here can't transfer the file
"C:\Winscp\Khaled\" >> here transferred successfully
