Copying files from remote side failed

I have a script that runs, does run and is able to copy files but fails on certain files and I can't figure out what is going on. Below is the last part of the log when it fails.

Aren't these files opened by another application?

I would have errors on files in a different directly if it was an application that had it open. Plus the last modified date is from 2012 I believe. The error of not opening a file is on the destination file not the source file.

Is there a length limit to the file name? When I removed the file it kept going, the file name is "https___lookingglass.streamlinx.com_FileServlet_filename=_apps_tomcat14_webapps_lgs_temp_1337101802133_7F1A3F920BB2B3939F67D759FC877406__05152012_01_10_PM_EngagementLetter_140501.pdf"
