Automate FTP sync

Hello.

I have setup WinSCP to automatically synchronize "both" (from local dir to FTP and from FTP to Dir).

But now i want to automate this process...
I have tried the scripting part, but cant seem to find a solution that Works :)

Could some of you give me a hint?

i want it to synchronize from local to ftp, and from ftp to local (multiple users using this).
and i want to do it each 1-2 minutes ( if possible ).
