turn on loggin non gui use

Hello

I see it is simple to turn on logging from the GUI.
Unfourtunately, when i run a .net assembly script using winscp, nothing gets logged.

Is there a command (in powershell) to turn on this logging? I have a live script that is having issues, and the self commenting lines are not helping the debug proccess.
