How to set TLS/SSL options

How can i set the settings displayed here:

I have a connection problem using the .NET assembly (SSL handshake), when using the GUI i can force to use SSL 3.0 for both minimum and maximum and then the connection succeeds, but still unable to connect using the assembly

I have found it, you can use the RawSettings options and set both MinTlsVersion and MaxTlsVersion to value 3 (which works for me)
