Upload option: "new and changed files only"

Thanks for a great product. One mini question/comment.

As I recall, in earlier versions, for “F5: upload” I could set the default to “new and changed files only”. This is very useful, and presumably the way most people would want things to work. When I try to change the default now, I get into some complicated pages asking things I have no idea how to set.

Any suggestions?

The New and updated file(s) only option has been moved to transfer settings:
