Trying to be more specyfic - is it possible to use WinSCP.dll as reference in C++/CLI? Or is it only C# from C family, that works with winscp libraries?

WinSCP .NET assembly (winscp.dll) is a .NET assembly. So it can be used from any language/development environment that supports .NET. That includes C++/CLI.
